Scientific Foundation
All my methods are backed by psychological science. I am not bound by one school of therapy.

Support when it suits you best. Based on your needs and availabilities.
About Coaching
This is a dialogue I encounter frequently in my professional life:
Client: “When is the best time to start with coaching?”
Me: “Now.”
Client: “But I’m not ill. Isn’t it too early?”
No, not at all! Contrary to therapy, coaching works with healthy clients in challenging situations. Therefore the best time to start, is the moment you notice something doesn’t feel right (e.g. your “work-life” balance, your stress level, your wellbeing).
My coaching process always starts with a detailed analysis of my client’s situation and stress factors. Following this, I support my client in prioritizing the aspects collected. Together we then tackle them, one by one.
Coaching is an interactive process, I contribute my expertise, experience and based on the above ask the right questions and provide exercises and other work materials. My client brings in her/his everyday challenges.
The goal of the process is not just to ease symptoms of stress, or learn short-term interventions. Quite the opposite, we strive to develop new skills and incorporate new habits. Only that way, we can effectively master and prevent stress.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Nope, not at all. Coaching focuses on helping otherwise healthy people manage crises and overcome challenges. Therapy focuses on treatment of mental illness.
I just feel a little overwhelmed at the moment. Can I sign up for coaching?
Absolutely! That’s what I’m here for. Contact me for a free intro call and we can see how I can best support you. No strings attached 🙂
What’s your qualification?
I’m an occupational and clinical psychologist and am additionally trained in positive psychology coaching. I also teach at two international universities. Want to learn more about me? Klick here!
I’m not yet sure about coaching. Where else could I start?
Why not sign up for my free newsletter to get a better idea of how I work? And also look at all my resources and information. They are a wonderful place for inspiration and knowledge.
How long does a coaching session last?
And what’s the investment?
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes and costs 120€. Our intro call lasts for approximately 20 minutes and comes free of charge.
How many sessions will I need?
Seeing that I promise a tailored approach, I do not sell “one-size-fits-all” packages. Most of my clients are happy with their progress after 5-10 sessions. But there is no commitment required.
